We honor our community’s diverse financial realities by offering two sliding scale options: one for organizations/institutions, and one for individuals and small collectives. We trust you to choose the rate that reflects your access to resources. Your honesty sustains the sanctuary and keeps it accessible for all.

Organizations & Institutions

  • Tier 1

    Rate: $100–$125 per hour

    $25,000 – $250,000 Annual Budget

    Recommended for budgets $25k–$100k: $100/hr

    Recommended for budgets $100k–$250k: $125/hr

  • Tier 2

    Rate: $150–$200 per hour

    $250,000 – $1M Annual Budget

    Recommended for budgets $250k–$1m: $150/hr

    Recommended for budgets $500k–$1m: $200/hr

  • Tier 3

    Rate: $225–$250 per hour

    $1M– $ 225 M+ Annual Budget

    Recommended for budgets $1M–$2.5M $225/hr

    Recommended for budgets $2.5M+ : $250/hr

    Rate: $40 per hour

    This tier is for individuals who:

    Living paycheck to paycheck

    Struggling to meet basic needs like food, housing, childcare, or healthcare

    Facing systemic barriers to healing and wellness spaces

  • Tier 2

    Rate: $60 per hour

    This tier is for individuals who:

    Have steady income, but are still building savings or repaying debt

    Can meet basic needs consistently without much worry

    Do not have much disposable income, but can afford some self-care and healing services

  • Tier 3

    Rate: $80 per hour

    This tier is for individuals who:

    Have consistent income and rarely worry about basic needs

    Have access to funding (grants, collective resources, family support)

    Are part of a small organization or collective with a steady revenue stream
