Accessible Pricing

We offer a community sliding scale for individuals, small collectives, and community-rooted work. We trust your self-assessment and believe healing should not be cost-prohibitive.

We’re intentional about who we welcome in. Every rental request is reviewed to ensure alignment with our values of community healing, respect, and empowerment.



Rental Details

  • Capacity

    Comfortably fits 50 people, depending on your event’s format.

  • Minimum Rental

    All rentals require a 2-hour minimum, which includes setup, event time, and breakdown/cleaning.

  • Deposit

    A $200 refundable security deposit is required

FAQ

  • Click the “Ready to Book” button to access our scheduling form.

    We ask that all rental requests be submitted at least 10 business days in advance of your desired event date.
    You’ll see available times in 1-hour blocks, but please remember we require a 2-hour minimum, which includes setup, event time, and cleanup.

    Choose your preferred start time, fill out the form, and submit your request.
    Submitting the form does not confirm your booking—we’ll follow up with you to schedule an alignment call before officially confirming your reservation.

  • After your alignment call:

    A $200 refundable security deposit is required within 48 hours to secure your reservation.

    Once the deposit is received, your date will be officially reserved.

    Your final rental payment will be invoiced and due 3 business days before your event.

    • Cancel at least 7 days before your event
      → You’ll receive a 100% refund of your security deposit and any event costs already paid.

    • Cancel 1–6 days before your event
      → You’ll receive a 50% refund of your security deposit.
      → Any event costs already paid will be fully refunded.

    • Cancel with less than 24 hours notice
      → 0% of the security deposit will be refunded.

  • Yes. All renters are required to provide their own insurance when using the Fruitvale Ancestral Sanctuary.

    This ensures that your event, organization, or practice is properly covered in the event of any incidents or damages during your rental period.

    If you need support or guidance on how to obtain short-term event insurance, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help.
